Dom
Strength, speed, and power developed together while acceleration became the next priority.

Measured athlete progress
A faster time or heavier lift is useful. Knowing why it changed, what did not, and what deserves attention next is coaching.
Results at WRSP are tracked in three steps. Athletes start with a performance evaluation to set a baseline, train with a coach on a plan built from those results, and are re-tested over time so what changed, and what still needs work, is visible. The results below come from that process.
More athlete results
Dom improved strength and speed while acceleration slipped. Grant became substantially stronger while readiness and reactive ability demanded attention. The program follows the full result—not the best-looking percentage.
Individual outcomes vary. Results shown use reconciled training records and matched comparisons.
In their words
The work has earned trust across developing, collegiate, elite, and professional-performance environments.
“Kevin worked with our swim team over the course of three years. He quickly immersed himself in the sport, learning what swimmers needed and how to provide it. He created and implemented a progressive program for athletes ranging from developing 10-year-olds to Division I-bound seniors.”
“He taught the why, built athlete buy-in, communicated constantly, and worked with therapists when return-to-play modifications were needed. Kevin and his team were a huge asset to our program and I give them my strongest possible recommendation.”
“Kevin has been essential to my fitness for the past five years. He knows his stuff and knows how to relate to his athletes. As a world-level figure skater, he knows how to push your limits in the weight room for you to achieve any goal you have.”
