Choose the coaching environment that fits.

Every Weight Room Sports Performance service starts with the athlete, the performance problem, and the standard required to move forward. The format changes. The quality of coaching does not.

How training works at WRSP

Coached, by appointment

Every session at WRSP is coached. Training is by appointment, and there are never more than 8 athletes on the floor, so your coach sees every rep.

Start with an evaluation

Most athletes start with a Performance Evaluation: we look at sport, training history, injuries and goals, test where you are, and set the first priorities.

Train in the format that fits

From there you train in the format that fits: High School Athlete Membership for grades 9–12, Private Training (1-on-1 or semi-private, no more than 4) for college athletes and adults, or a focused track like Speed Training or the College Combine.

Training options

A clear route for every athlete.

Compare the age group, schedule, and level of support. If the right route is not obvious, a performance evaluation or conversation with a coach can establish it.

Who is filling this out?

One coaching standard

Different athletes need different formats.

That is the reason these options exist. The right environment should make the coaching more specific—not make the athlete fit a package.

Yes. All training at WRSP is scheduled with a coach; there are no walk-in hours.
