East Catholic High School is proud to announce Summer Strength & Conditioning using the BRAND NEW Weight Room. Services will be provided by nationally credentialed professional and ECHS Alum Kevin Kosis '10.
Over the past 10 years Kevin has helped develop thousands of athletes from elementary ages to Olympic medalists.
This summer, he brings that same program back to ECHS.

High School Strength & Conditioning offers a comprehensive training program tailored to the individual athlete's needs.
Our progressive programming is designed to increase speed, strength, and performance by using tracking metrics to ensure progress. Our strategic structure focuses on overall performance, while in depth coaching improves each athlete's injury resilience.
This high energy group environment will help any high school athlete reach their true potential. We utilize a team like environment to encourage athletes to hold themselves and others accountable.

Just like the NFL Combine, our program is designed to help you showcase your skills and maximize your performance in front of college coaches and scouts.
Our experienced coaches will provide individualized training in key areas such as speed, strength, agility, and skill development, tailored to the demands of your sport. You will receive a tailored NSF Safe supplement package through our provider Thorne Health upon signing up and a continued 15% discount as your athletic career continues.
