The Weight Room programming has been used by some of the best athletes at the youth, high school, NCAA and world levels. Training athletes of all ages and having the ability to progress thoughtfully throughout their career is a key factor in each individual's success.

Athletic Performance programs are a group format with both 60 and 90 minute session options depending on the time of year.

Our Performance programs have helped hundreds of athletes prepare for the upcoming high school season as well as college competition.

Whether you are a coach looking to get training for you team or an individual looking to join a group, we can help. They focus on improving all around athleticism, speed, power and movement mechanics.
Session Structure:
5-10 minute structured warmup
Speed/Agility work (mechanics, foot work)
Power (med balls, plyos, etc.)
Strength development
Recovery/Regeneration
