One on One training

Looking for individual attention?

This is our traditional personal training option for those who like to work with a coach one on one.  Get a whole hour to yourself to work on anything you'd like - weight loss, strength training, corrective exercises, reaching a specific goal - the opportunities are endless.

Semi Private (2-4 people)

Have someone you like to workout with? Want to meet someone new? 

This is a great option for those who don't like to workout alone but still like the personal attention you get with a coach. A more affordable option for those looking to start training. Bring a friend​

Small Group (5-10)

Need a great workout in a group setting without going to a big class?

For the self motivated individuals who like the guidance of a coach, but don't like being smothered. Get motivated in a group setting and accomplish all your fitness goals.  Set up with a group of friends or make new ones in an existing group
